Lost in the forest
Name of the movie: Lost in the Forest
Story By: Jia, Helina and Sierra
Once upon a time there were two girls called Jenni and Angela, a mother called Maria, a grandma called Grandma Sadie, and a dog called Rudolf. They were having a picnic on a wonderful sunny and windy day.
Set: Forest and house.
“Do we have to go out walking today?” said Angela. “ Yes, it’s good exercise for you, plus it’s sunny outside.” growled Mum. “It will be fun”, said Jenni. The family packed their things and went into the car and headed to the forest.
They walked to a little muddy path. “ Haaa what a lovely breeze” said Grandma Sadie. “Oh! Let’s place the mat here! “ said Jenni. The family placed the mat and food at the side of the path where there is grass. “ Goo goo gaga “ said baby Annie. They talked and laughed. After a while they decided to put their picnic basket away and when they realized… “ Oh no… I forgot the way back to the car,” said Mum. “ Oh no!! WE’RE LOST!” cried Jenni. Angela pointed at their footsteps. “ Look! Footsteps maybe it’s Rudolf’s footsteps!”. The whole family was surprised. “Do you think that’s a good idea? Maybe it will lead us to a different and dangerous place” said Grandma Sadie. “Yes, I think it will be safe, Let’s see where it leads to” Mum replied,''okay“ said Grandma Sadie. They followed their footsteps and…
“Look! The car!!” said Jenni. “Goo gaga!” said Annie happily. “Yay!! We're going back home!” said Angela. The family was glad they found their way back and went home happily!

Matariki poster.
I made a Matariki poster. During the last week of term Miss Paton read some information out to the class on Matariki. I had to take notes on the information she read. From there I created a poster using Google Drawing. I hope you learn lots of information.

My Weekend
During my Weekend I went to my cousins house because it was my cousins birthday and every one came even Alexus. Me and Alexus went in the room, then we saw Alexus’ cousin. We were playing roblox then we played pass the parcel with our cousin and Alexus won, then we played another game and I won so basically the girls won then we ate some food . It was funny because our little cousin tried to blow the candles but he had to blow harder than he did so we had Cake. There were two options: a banana cake or a chocalate cake The banana cake had chocolate icing so I picked a banana cake.then me and our cousin and Alexus had a cupcake we had a drink too then we played our own game then me. and Alexus cousin went home I put my shoes on before i went By Sierra.

Facts about dams
A dam blocks water in a river or a stream, so it must pass over a barrier. Dams are built across a stream or an estuary to retain water. Most Dams are multipurpose and they prevent flooding. Dams help togenerate electricity. Water Care operates 14 supply reservoirs, 5 of them are at Waitakere Ranges, two are near Helensville and four are in the Hunua Ranges and one is east of Papakura. The dams supply 80 % of Auckland's water. After World War 2, they were built with earth and rock. The water treatment plants are used to clean the water.

All about me
Talofa lava my name is Sierra.
I like doing art and writing. A goal for me is to make sure my writing makes sense.
I also like playing netball. I played it when I was at Holy Cross School. In my
spare time I go to Wellington. I like playing my violin and I also like cooking
with my Nana and Papa. I enjoy going out with my Dad to the park. We run
around the whole court and it is fun.
